Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to 2pm on arrival date and this applies to individual bookings. Reservation amendments will be subject to availability of any change made to the booking, either by dates or room types.

Payment in Cash, Credit Card or Bank Deposit. Following Credit Cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Eftpos and Union Pay. Payments by credit cards incurs a service merchant bank fee.

A credit card guarantee is required to hold all bookings placed online with the Hotel website.

The hotel has limited car park bays available (subject to availability on arrival). The daily rate is $32 per night and inclusive of GST. The entrance height restriction is 1.9M. This is a self-parking service.

Extra Bed is available on apartments and charge is at $65.00 per night inclusive of GST and a Baby Cot is available at $20.00 per night inclusive of GST.
